The pastors and I spent some time praying together today. We have our staff meetings on Friday’s but we came to the conclusion that it is hard to cover everything without compromising on something. One thing that we have not done enough of is to pray for one another. Therefore, we agreed to meet every Thursday to fast and pray for one another and the church.
It was encouraging to have each pastor come in the middle for prayer. We laid our hands on one another and prayed for God’s anointing on our lives.
My spirit was uplifted because I was thinking to myself – who else would understand what I, as a pastor go through on a daily basis, except these other pastors? There is something about being in the trenches together.
