I am out in Dallas for a few days reconnecting with some pastors at a networking conference. Over the years I have developed a relationship with some like-minded pastors who are making a difference in their sphere of influence.
There seems to be a greater longing in the hearts of ministry leaders to connect with other leaders. It is not just for sharing of resources, but for learning from one another, and even partnering together to have a greater impact.
Today I will be meeting up with Bob Roberts. He has started up a ministry called Glocal Network which is making a difference around the world.
You know that it is a God-thing when you start meeting people who are thinking about the same things who have never met before. Even though the terminologies are different, the concepts are the same. This is exciting… God is up to something.
