It has been less than a week here in Indonesia, but every single day I have been thanking God for the privilege of being able to come back to my “2nd home.” After Sunday Celebration, I ended up talking with so many people. It was awesome reconnecting with familiar faces, as well as meeting new people, who started to come out to our church within the last 5 months.
The week has been filled with times alone with God and meeting up with people. I am more convinced than ever that “ministry is people and people are the ministry.” I think the members have poured more into me during our meetings than what I could offer. Not only were they generous and treated me to meals and coffees, but hearing their testimonies and all that God is doing in their lives, caused me to overflow with exuberance. We serve an Awesome and Mighty God. Can life get any better than this?
